It's About You
My approach is hands-on and personal. I take the time to really get to know each client, so I can find solutions that fit their situation—not just what looks good on paper. Whether you're buying your first home or refinancing, I’m here to make the process smoother, less stressful, and easier to understand. You won’t be passed around or lost in the shuffle—I’m with you from start to finish.

Meet Joy

Hi! I'm Joy Beauchamp. At just 23, I purchased my first home in Saskatoon as a single mom—complete with an income suite that launched my journey as both a homeowner and a rental property provider. This stability and income changed my life - and made me want to help people in the same way.  Here I am today, now a mortgage professional myself, passionate about helping people from all kinds of different backgrounds (single, separated, retired, upsizers or downsizers) with their mortgages.

Owning a home is a major milestone—one that deserves to be celebrated. I’m here to help you make it happen whether it's your first home, first home as a single person, or first income property. Let’s get started!

Why Saskatoon is a Great Place to Call Home

Saskatoon is more than just a city—it’s a thriving, welcoming community with something for everyone. Known for its beautiful river valley, vibrant arts and culture scene, and strong sense of connection, Saskatoon offers an exceptional quality of life. With affordable housing, a growing economy, and top-rated schools, it’s an ideal place to put down roots, whether you're a first-time homebuyer, growing your family, or investing in property.

From scenic river trails and year-round festivals to a dynamic local food scene, Saskatoon blends small-town charm with big-city amenities. If you're looking for a place where opportunity meets community, Saskatoon is the perfect place to call home.
